Fundador do Ministério Pregue a Palavra e da Escola de Pastores da Primeira Igreja Batista de Atibaia, onde é Magister Divinitatis Honoris Causa. Ele traz mais de duas décadas de experiência no setor empresarial da Ford Motors.

With a career grounded in data analysis, he has extensive experience in database management and leveraging information for business decision-making. With a diverse educational background, Mackenzie holds a degree in Database Management and has expanded his training into theology, completing programs in
Biblical Counseling through ABCB and Self-Confrontation. Currently, he is furthering his studies at the Peniel Bible Institute (affiliated with Ethnos360/Novas Tribos do Brasil).
Adilson Cruz

Adilson da Silva Cruz is a Doctor of Ministry student with a unique background. Blending his experience as a physical education graduate with over a decade of hands-on pastoral work, he is dedicated to developing effective strategies for church leadership. His doctoral research focuses on equipping lay leaders and fostering a culture of discipleship, drawing directly from the real-world challenges he's faced as the founder and lead pastor of his church. He's a hands-on leader who believes that impactful ministry comes from a combination of sound theology and a deep understanding of the people being served..

Pastor Glétson Dantas, the leader of the Raízes do Amazonas project, a partnership between Lead by the Name, Igreja Batista em Dom Pedro e Seminário Batista Regular da Amazônia, is launching a movement to help pastors build strong churches through a solid biblical-driven Strategic Church Framework.
Dantas, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Carnaúba dos Dantas, is an expert in both ministry and scholarship. He holds multiple degrees, including a master's in Theology and a PhD in Theology in progress. He's also a consultant for the Taipa Bible Project, which focuses on oral Bible translation. His goal is to empower pastors with a solid, biblically-driven framework for their churches.
Joubert Gomes Jr.

Joubert José Gomes Jr. is the Executive Director of LeadHub, a position he stepped into following the merger of CLC Brasil—an organization he founded—with Lead by the Name. In this role, he oversees the editorial division and event management, while serving as the primary liaison for partnerships with LifeWay and BMI (Blackaby Ministries International) in Brazil. His academic background is extensive, holding a Master’s in Ministry and Bachelor’s degrees in both Theology and Business Administration. Professionally, Joubert brings a wealth of experience, having served as CEO of ADB Adviser & Business and as a Project Director in marketing. Within his ministry service, he leads the Christian Education Ministry at his local church and has served on the boards of organizations such as FEBAT and Evangelism Explosion Brazi

I've been financially responsible for a Siemens business unit in Brazil and I am currently finance director at Siemens' multi-billion dollar Healthcare business in the USA. I am specialized in financial leadership of medium and large national and international companies, having accumulated solid technical knowledge and developed strong skills in strategic management of business, people and projects for transformations and improvements evidenced by many significant business achievements. Coupled with this is my track record of leading major digital transformation processes in large finance organizations.

Beyond her professional career, Priscila holds a degree in Theology with a focus on Missions and Christian Education. This academic foundation, combined with over a decade of experience working in churches and ministries, gives her a unique perspective that blends her journalistic skills with her deep theological knowledge.

Dr. Arthur de Miranda Neto is an Associate Professor at UFLA and the elected Coordinator for Research and Innovation (2025-2027) at its School of Engineering.
He holds two PhDs (Autonomous Vehicles, UTC France; Mechanical Engineering, Unicamp Brazil) and an MBA. His global recognition includes being a Fulbright U.S. Scholar at UC Berkeley and a patent holder in autonomous vehicles in partnership with Renault.
