Established
Leaders

This includes leaders from both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.who have served faithfully for over a decade. They are seasoned, respected, and often carry the weight of spiritual and organizational leadership in their communities.

Despite their experience, many now find themselves spiritually dry, emotionally drained, and misaligned with the servant-hearted leadership of Christ that once inspired them.

These are young adults in universities, colleges, seminaries, and Bible colleges who desire to grow in their leadership. They are passionate and eager to lead in their field. but they’re often left wondering: “What now?”

Despite their strong sense of calling, many feel stuck between potential and purpose. They struggle to discern their next steps, unsure how to apply their training to the messy, relational, real-world demands of leadership.

Limited-Access
Leaders

This group includes Indigenous leaders, oral-preference learners, and individuals serving in under-resourced or remote communities. Many of them shoulder significant responsibilities within their organizations or communities, leading local ministries with passion and faithfulness—often without pay, recognition, or access to adequate resources. Despite their deep local impact and strong credibility, these leaders are often overlooked by global leadership networks, excluded from formal training systems, and underserved by traditional training institutions.

They recognize their limitations, welcome feedback, and are open to being shaped. Whether seasoned or just starting out, they understand the importance of growing in Christlike maturity.

They carry a strong sense of responsibility for the people and mission entrusted to them. This often leads them to serve sacrificially—even at personal cost.
