Founder of Pregue a Palavra Ministry and Escola de Pastores da Primeira Igreja Batista de Atibaia where he holds Magister Divinitatis Honoris Causa. He brings over two decades in the business sector at Ford Motors.

Eduardo Mendes, founder of Lead by the Name, is a passionate advocate for Christ-centered leadership. He holds a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Theology and Ministry, specializing in Ministry Leadership. With over 25 years of diverse experience in both business and non-profit sectors, his expertise lies in leadership and organizational development, and strategic planning.

Rodrigo Marin is a Co-Founder of Lead by the Name. PhD student in Math focusing on mathematical models for decision-making. With over 15 years of experience, he's an expert in fraud prevention, internal audit, processes, compliance, and financial loss mitigation. As Managing Partner of Marin & Marin Consulting.
Raoni Meschita
Chief Legal Officer
Raoni Meschita is Lead by The Name's legal advisor. He has practiced law since 2008, providing corporate legal advice to companies and non-governmental organizations. In 2016 he founded his law firm, in which he is a partner to date. Raoni holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the Toledo Teaching Institution, a specialization in civil Law and civil procedure from the Superior School of Advocacy in São
Paulo, and a master’s degree in ministries from the Biblical Seminary Word of Life.

Priscila Slobodticov Saffiotte is a journalist with experience in a variety of media, she has worked in the area of communication with radio, television, and in print and digital formats. Priscila also has a degree in Theology, with an emphasis on Missions and Christian Education. For over 10 years, she worked in churches and ministries.

Glétson Dantas is the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Carnaúba dos Dantas. He is a consultant for the Taipa Bible Project, an oral Bible translation. He holds a degree in History, master’s degree in Theology , and is currently pursuing a PhD in Theology, Additionally, he has MA in Expository Preaching and Biblical Counseling degree.
