Lead by the Name Books
Lead by the Name Books is a tool designed to empower leaders in fulfilling the unique vision God has entrusted to them. We’re not a publishing house—we’re a ministry providing resources we believe will support personal growth and leadership development. These books complement the materials we use in our programs and serve as an extension of our commitment to equip leaders for Kingdom impact.

The trilogy “Biblical Ministry Philosophy” was developed to provide pastors and church leaders with a comprehensive resource for building and implementing a ministry philosophy based on eternal principles. This series aims to inspire and equip leaders to develop their own ministry approaches rooted in biblical foundations. You can read each author's bio on our meet the team page.

This book was born out of discontent with the reality of leadership—a reality shaped by authoritarianism and power. It comes from years of experience with different leaders who left their mark on my life: some very negatively, but many in deeply positive ways. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has led me, from whom I’ve learned both what to do and what to avoid.
In the second volume, we present detailed case studies that demonstrate the successful application of the principles discussed in the first book. One of the studies will focus on the First Baptist Church of Atibaia, in São Paulo, covering the period from its founding in 1980 to 2020, the year of the retirement of its founder and co-author of this work.
The third volume explores the multiplying impact of a strong ministry, showing how a well-implemented ministry philosophy transforms the local congregation and inspires other ministries and communities. This trilogy is an indispensable tool for leaders who seek to deepen their biblical ministry philosophy and foster a faithful and transformative ministry.
