Wagner Molinea

A father of four and a seasoned entrepreneur, he brings over 30 years of commercial experience and a deep passion for developing both businesses and people. With a degree and postgraduate studies in Business Administration, he has also completed advanced training in sales and strategic management, including certifications from FGV and technical qualifications in sales.

Throughout his career, he has worked with major retail chains, led high-performing teams, structured operational processes, and played a key role in scaling companies across the pharmaceutical, food, and specialized retail sectors. Today, in addition to leading his own ventures—such as Casa Molina Caffè—he serves as Executive Director at LBTN Consult, where he empowers other companies to grow sustainably through high-impact planning, strategy, and execution.
