In today's world, where retail-driven strategies, big numbers, and ambitious goals are often the focus, Christian non-profits are under growing pressure to compete, achieve impressive results, and expand their impact. The trend is for organizations to adopt large-scale visions aimed at reaching and influencing wide audiences. While there's much to learn from for-profit businesses, Christian ministries shouldn't be swept up in the pursuit of big numbers. I understand the pressure from foundations and donors to deliver outstanding results, but in Christian ministry, success isn't always about size. For example, Jesus Christ invested in just 12 disciples. Success in ministry should not be solely measured by the scale of operations or outreach. Personal and deep relationship is essential for empowering leaders.

 

Yet, Lead by the Name offers a distinct and refreshing alternative to this mainstream approach. We purposefully choose to remain a boutique, not a retail-driven organization, focusing on delivering highly personalized and tailored experiences rather than pursuing the path of mass expansion. While many organizations may strive to become the equivalent of a Walmart—large, impersonal, and driven by volume—Lead by the Name is dedicated to fostering intimate, meaningful relationships that create deep and lasting impacts. Our approach is characterized by a commitment to quality over quantity. We prioritize building close, authentic connections with individuals and communities, understanding their unique needs and aspirations.
